Asutech Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 29, 2024.

Thank you for choosing Asutech for your server hosting needs. Please carefully read the following Terms of Service ("TOS") before using our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older to utilize Asutech's server hosting services.

Payment and Services:

  • PayPal is the sole accepted form of payment.
  • Payment must be received prior to service activation.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Services may be terminated in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
  • Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received. This may lead to data loss and loss of the server IP allocated to you.
  • In the event that your service is suspended for lack of payment, your invoice must be settled prior to service reactivation.

Account Management:

  • Asutech reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban clients at its discretion and without prior notice. In such cases, clients may not access or retrieve stored data or backups.

Data Backups:

  • Asutech performs daily backups, retained for a period of up to 30 days. These backups are stored in an encrypted format on a third-party service to ensure the utmost protection of your information. While Asutech takes measures to safeguard your data, clients must acknowledge and undertake the responsibility of maintaining their individual data backups. Asutech shall not be held liable for any loss of data, and clients are encouraged to regularly back up their information independently.

Malicious Activity:

  • Any activity deemed malicious by Asutech may result in suspension and/or termination of services. Examples of malicious activity include, but are not limited to, spoofing another client's server or domain, circumventing user or application isolation, harvesting player information for illegitimate use, and deliberate abuse of security vulnerabilities. This encompasses actions such as probing the host firewall, engaging in denial of service attacks (whether maliciously or for "testing" purposes), and any behavior that causes harm to the host machine, neighboring clients, or the service provider. Asutech reserves the right to determine what constitutes malicious activity at its discretion.

Security and Availability:

  • Asutech employs its best efforts to secure, maintain, and ensure the availability of services. While we strive to safeguard your data and uphold service continuity, it is important to note that services are not guaranteed, and no Service Level Agreement (SLA) is officially provided. Asutech shall not be held responsible for any interruptions, downtime, or loss of data. Clients are encouraged to implement their security measures and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online services.

By using Asutech's services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Asutech reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
